Hey big eyes!

The eyes on these paintings were what attracted me at first. Then I think it was the detail in the mixed media. Upon further reading, I realized that she sells these as prints on canvas. A great idea. Now more than one person can own one of these fabulous designs.

These funky paintings are by Fannie Narte. I found her on Etsy.... where else!

A new twist on a figurine

Come on people! These are the cutest little statues! These are made by Bunnies With A Toolbelt (give me a break, even the name is amazing!.

Based out of Portland Oregon, these fun pieces come from a gifted artist whose work is at The Gallery at the Museum of Contemporary Craft, Oregon College of Art and Craft, The San Francisco Museum of Craft + Design, Relish Design, The Wood Turning Center and Mary Lou Zeek Gallery.

These pieces are painted with a rubberized paint. The wood used is pre-cycled, gleaned from the scrap bins at a local fine woodworking business, and few store-bought materials are ever used in the entire line.
